WEAR

Avoid exposing your jewellery to bleach, ammonia or other household chemicals. We also recommend removing it before swimming, bathing in hot springs or coming into contact with chlorinated water, as these substances may alter the colour or affect the integrity of precious metals and gemstones.

CARE

To preserve your jewellery in its finest condition, we recommend regular professional inspection, cleaning and maintenance at a Qeelin boutique. For everyday care, gently wipe each creation with a clean, soft and dry cloth. Unless otherwise advised by a Qeelin specialist, avoid chemical cleaning solutions and ultrasonic cleaners.

Gold and Diamond Jewellery

Gold and diamond creations may be cleaned gently with mild, diluted soapy water. Rinse carefully and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.

Pearl, Jade, Ornamental Stones and Innovative Materials Jewellery

Gently rinse with diluted soapy water, followed by clean water, then carefully dry with a soft cloth. These delicate materials should be protected from impact, pressure and accidental drops, which may cause damage or breakage. Do not use jewellery cleaners, household detergents or ultrasonic cleaning devices.

Silver Jewellery

Use a specialist silver-polishing cloth to preserve the metal’s natural lustre. A soft cotton or velvet cloth may also be used. Avoid paper towels and abrasive materials, as they may scratch the surface.

STORAGE

After each wear, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth before placing it in its case.
